Atlanta-based art promoters/developers/bad-asses Dashboard Co-op are currently hosting Modes of Operation, their third showcase of artists. While the opening was a week ago, the show is still available for viewing by appointment. The show did not feature street art per se, although both the show and Dashboard as a whole present some street artists’ more conventional art, whether under their “street” moniker or not. Highlights of the show include Johnathon Kelso’s photographs of the notorious Southern Comfort dive bar, Duncan Shirah’s hand-made tools, Jay Wiggins’ talented woodwork, and a hilariously bizarre installation of toy soldiers dismembering and reassembling each other. Check out the show if you can!
